PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER BOTSWANA
Your passport must be valid for six months from entry into the country. You must have three or more unused pages in your passport, one blank page is required per entry.

Please refer to this list of countries whose passport holders do and do not require visas to enter the country.
LETTERS OF SUPPORT FOR VISA APPLICATIONS
The Conference Organiser cannot issue visas to enter Botswana but will issue a Visa Support Letter to assist with your visa application. Please note that Visa Support Letters will only be issued electronically upon confirmation of registration and after full payment for registration fees and accommodation has been received.
If you require a Visa Support Letter, please complete the relevant sections of the online registration form when you register to attend the conference.
TRAVEL HEALTH: VACCINATIONS AND INSURANCE
A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required if entering Botswana from a country where yellow fever is endemic. The Government of Botswana advises, but does not require, an updated TPD (tetanus, polio, diphtheria) and a Hepatitis A vaccine (source: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/International-Travel-Country-Information-Pages/Botswana.html on 16 Jan 2020)
Please be sure to take out sufficient travel insurance for your trip to Botswana, or make sure that your personal medical aid/insurance will cover you in the unfortunate case of illness or injury.
